People living with disability can contact us directly to enquire about accessing our services, or other parties can contact us on their behalf, whether it be a significant other, health professional or service provider.
Note: We also provide therapy services to people that are not funded by the NDIS. You can access our services using other funding sources. Please contact our clinic if you are not eligible for NDIS funding to discuss your options.

After your enquiry has been received by our administration team, one of our clinicians will contact you to discuss the suitability of our services for you. This typically involves obtaining additional information from you by phone or email about your disability and needs.
Our administration team will send you a service agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of our service.
Once you have discussed a suitable time for an initial consultation with one of our clinicians, our administration team will send you the details of the appointment to begin accessing our services.
